This particular loader has been designed for customers who do not have available space for the strip crate to be positioned in front of the motorized roller.
A wall-anchored or ground supported frame with linear guides, allowing lateral movement of the loader to collect strips from oriented in-line with the roller conveyor.
Lifting and lowering is operated by a large triple chain with safety systems.
Thanks to the rotation of the sucker panel, it is possible to collect material vertically and then program the PLC to unload both vertically and horizontally.
A safety system ensures that the vacuum is maintained in case of temporary absence of electricity.
