LCR 450Edge polishing machine for round shelves

Special machine to create curved shelves complete with polishing and bevel on the circular edge.
It starts with a square tile positioned on the central plate and manually locked.
The machine automatically proceeds to circular cutting by disc, in small programmable steps.

Other

Once cut, the waste falls into the crate below and the tile proceeds clockwise to be polished with different grain wheels.
The last spindle is equipped with an electro-deposited tool for chamfering on both circular edges.
