ISA 600 PAutomatic cross-cutter
Fully automatic cross-cutter, designed for maximum precision cuts even with elevated thicknesses and widths.
It is equipped with an inverter controlled synchronized belt that carries the material into the cutting position with a precision of 0-0.4 mm.
The various cutting programs include head/tail, fixed measure, different programmable sizes and running cut.
The system reads irregularities at the beginnings and ends of the material and manages cuts to minimize waste.
Thanks to a special laser reader the system can mark any cracks or stains on the material and the machine can automatically exclude these areas from the cutting area.
The disc trolley moves on re-circulating ball guides in an oil bath, covered by PVC bellows.
This system does not generate mechanical play which might compromise cutting precision.
Fast disc return with pneumatic lifting system to gain time.
The disc casing is of plastic to minimize machine noise.
All protections and guards for water are made of stainless steel.
During the cutting phase, the material is blocked in position by pneumatic cylinders.
It is possible to produce versions with customized discs, powers and operating measurements.
