LR 600/4Trimmer with two adjustable-width cutting units.
LR 600/4 is a trimmer with two adjustable-width cutting units, each with two discs aligned in the cutting direction.
This system is particularly suitable for granite with thicknesses of up to 60 mm or marble of up to 150 mm.
The two front discs cut half of the thickness and the two rear discs the rest.
With this system the speed is doubled and the disc performance is enhanced.
There are 4 spindles with belt transmission and bearings designed for the cutting of large thicknesses.
The height adjustment of the discs is via a pendulum system, which avoids rust or various blockage issues.
The cutting units move on 100 mm chrome bars and are covered by circular bellows.
Movement is manually operated by means of maneuvering screws driven by a crank on the side of the upright near to the operator.
The cutting width is displayed on an electronic counter.
There is an ammeter for each motor in order to check the exertion of the disc.
The disc casings are of plastic to minimize machine noise.
All protections and guards for water are made of stainless steel.
It is possible to produce versions with customized discs, powers and operating measurements.
