STL 400Automatic unloader
This type of automatic block cutter unloader has the advantage of being compact and operating much faster and more simply than traditional systems.
It is a frame that moves on wheels driven by gearmotor and inverter.
Lifting and lowering is operated by a large triple chain with safety systems.
The sucker panel is made entirely of stainless steel to prevent rust.
Thanks to the rotation of the sucker panel, it is possible to collect material vertically and then program the PLC to unload both vertically and horizontally.
Unloading may be onto a crate or motorized roller conveyor. The unloader moves into position very quickly, waits for the consent of the cutter, then collects the material and unloads it.
For materials with cracks or breakages a flush strip holder can be installed that supports the material during the cutting phase with the disc horizontal and then distances itself when the unloader operates.
A safety system ensures that the vacuum is maintained in case of temporary absence of electricity.
